Who provides your care
Medical services are provided by LocumTele, whose licensed nurse practitioners and physician assistants review Azura Well assessments and write prescriptions. LocumTele is responsible for clinical care, provider licensure and oversight, patient records and clinical policies. Azura Well provides the website, your account and non-clinical support, and cannot influence a clinical outcome.
Your provider's name, credential and licence are given in your care materials and in your account before treatment begins.
What we do not promise
- Not everyone qualifies for treatment.
- We don't promise a prescription, a result or a timeline. A licensed provider decides what's appropriate, and individual results vary.
